Asset Led Planned Work 🗳️✅
We're excited to announce significant enhancements to our Planned Work Templates, now with enhanced asset led capabilities. These updates provide greater flexibility, improved scheduling accuracy, enhanced user feedback, and improved data export capabilities.
Tailored Templates for Every Asset
- Asset-Specific Templates: You can now tailor planned work templates to include specific asset types. This allows you to create customised schedules for different types of equipment, ensuring that each asset receives the appropriate level of care.
- Flexible Creation: Choose how your work orders are created. Create work orders for single locations to include all assets of the relevant type, or generate multiple work orders for each asset.
- Location Led Flexibility: For scenarios where asset information may be limited, you can still leverage our existing location-led templates or choose to create templates for each location regardless of asset presence.
Intelligent Schedule Adjustments
- Dynamic Scheduling: Our system now intelligently updates and modifies planned work schedules in response to changes in your asset register. Modifications to asset models, locations, or the addition of new assets will trigger automatic schedule adjustments, ensuring your maintenance plans remain accurate and up-to-date.
- Clear and Concise Feedback: Receive comprehensive feedback on any schedule amendments or creations triggered by asset register changes. This ensures transparency and helps you understand how your maintenance plans are evolving.
Enhanced User Experience
- Confirmation for Clarity: A new confirmation tab has been added to the planned work template creation and editing process. This tab displays any pending changes or schedule amendments, providing a clear overview before you proceed.
- Improved Indexes: The planned work template index now clearly indicates whether a template is asset-led or location-led, along with the associated asset type. The schedule index has also been enhanced, displaying the asset type within the summary table and providing an asset count or asset card, depending on the template's grouping method.
Improved Data Export
- Enhanced Schedule Export: The planned work schedule export now includes additional columns to display crucial asset details, providing you with a more comprehensive and informative dataset for analysis and reporting.
