This can help clients review quotes more efficiently and identify whether the quote contains the information needed to make a decision.
AI invoice reading helps extract information from uploaded invoice documents, such as the invoice reference, date, value and other key details. This supports the invoice review process by helping compare the uploaded invoice information against the approved costs in Expansive.
AI remedial report reading helps review reports, notes and supporting documents linked to remedial work. It can help identify recommended follow-on actions, issues found on site, required repairs and any information that may need to be reviewed before progressing further work.
