expansive has a dedicated Contractor Enablement Lead, focused on supporting the contractor community and ensuring contractors have the information, tools, and confidence needed to use the expansive system effectively and deliver work successfully.
Setting contractors up for success is just as important as supporting clients. This training hub has been created to provide clear, practical, and easily accessible guidance, helping contractors get the most from the system and supporting a smoother working relationship between contractors and clients.
The Contractor Enablement Lead brings nine years of facilities management experience, including four years working on the contractor side and five years as a client-facing Facilities Manager. This experience provides an understanding of the challenges faced on both sides and helps ensure contractor support, training, and guidance are practical and relevant to day-to-day operations.
