How can I check in without using the engineer app?
Checking In To A Work Order Using The Core Platform.
- Head to the work order index
- Find the relevant work order (you can search using the work order number)
- Select the record
- From here, you'll be taken to the work order view screen where you will see a blue actions bar
- In the bar, you can select check in engineer
- A modal will appear where you can add your name and contractor type before hitting at time log to get started with the work
