How can I view the current spend?

Understand how you're tracking against budgets.

- To see your spend reports and what costs you have approved or committed to, head to the dashboard and scroll down the page, beneath the tiles 

- Here, you will see your current spend which can be viewed by year or by financial period 

- The Work In Progress section displays any costs that have been created but are not yet submitted or approved. If there aren't any costs on the work order, then the system will use the spend limit to calculate these totals

- As each cost code belongs to a cost type, depending on what code is allocated to each invoice will determine what is shown here
