Create messages to liaise with internal and external teams.
- Adding comments to work orders allows you to communicate with the teams relevant to that work order
- To create and view comments, head to the relevant work order and select the activity tab
- Under here, you will see you have the option to add a comment, and you can toggle between public and internal depending on who you want to have visibility
- You can also attach files to your comments to add further detail and mark comments as read to let users know you have seen them
- If you are an admin user, under your dashboard, you can also see who last commented on a work order to show if there is a message that needs your attention
