How do I add or respond to a comment?

Communicate with clients in regard to work orders quickly and easily.

- Under the activity tab on a work order, you will see the most recent comments as well as who wrote them 
- You are also able to see any outstanding comments that are yet to be responded to or acknowledged on your dashboard 
- You can respond to the comments, or create new comments, within the activity log, or you can also mark them as read
