How do I approve changes to the contractor profile?

Review Contractor Profile Amendments.

- When contractors have requested changes to their profile, an email will be sent notifying users with the relevant permissions that they need to review the changes

- In the email, users will be able to hit review changes and be taken to the contractor view screen

- On the view screen, users will see a yellow banner noting that there are changes to review

- Users can select review profile from here and be taken to the contractor profile to start the review process

- Once on the profile, users will see the section that needs attention is marked as having pending changes

- Users can select the relevant area and will be able to see what fields the user is trying to update, alongside their existing value and their proposed new value

- Users can approve or reject each individual change by interacting with the approve/ reject links on the top right of each field

- Alternatively, users will see the option to approve/ reject all at the bottom of the form

- If users want to reject the change, they are required to provide a reason as to why, which is then communicated to the contractor
