How do I change a planned ppm template to a compliance template?
Update Templates To Make Them Statutory.
- Users can first head to the planned work template index and select the relevant template
- From here, they can hit the edit icon in the template summary
- The first field in the form allows users to mark the template as statutory, so ensure this is selected
- Next, users can view the request type on the template and find it within the Service Types area of Settings
- Once they have select the request type from here, they will see the work order type field on the form
- They can then head back to Settings and select Work Order Types and find the above type
- Once the work order type is selected a form will appear that shows a grouped type field - it is important that this group type is compliance
- In short, to change a planned template to Compliance you need to update its Request Type so it uses a Work Order Type whose Grouped Type is Compliance (e.g., “Contractor Compliance”).
