How do I create a remedial work order for multiple remedial actions?
Address Multiple Actions In One Work Order.
- Head to the remedial actions index
- From here, users can utilise the checkboxes on the left to select multiple remedial actions
It's worth noting, the remedial actions have to be from the same parent work order
- Users will then see the option to Raise Remedial Work Order in the blue actions bar
- Selecting this will show a new work order form where the description and summary will be pre-populated using the remedial action details
- Users can amend the form as needed and hit Create Work Order
- The remedial actions will then show under the remedial actions tab within the pre-existing actions area
