How do I exclude people from quote approval notifications or filters?

- Users can first head to Settings and select Quotes

- From here they can continue to select Approvals, and Rules 

- This will then show a list of any existing approval rules that have been set up

- Users can select the rule they want to amend the notifications/ filters for 

- From here, users can look for the relevant step where the user who they want to remove from notifications/ filters is assigned (they may be assigned to the approval step by their role or their specific user)

- Users can then hit the pencil icon to edit the step 

- From here, uers will see the option to 'exclude from notifications/ filters' where they can select specific users or roles

- Once they are happy they can hit Save
