How do I Import and Export my Sites?
Import and export a list of your Sites and their associated details.
Sites Import
- Head to the Sites Index
- From here, select the Actions wheel in the top right and select Import
- Here a modal will appear where users can select whether they want to update or create records
- Once the user has chosen, the modal will display clear instructions on what needs ot be provided in the import, how to fill in the fields on the template and what fields are mandatory
- Users can then download the template and amend it as needed
- Once complete, users can re-upload the file in the file upload area and hit Import
It's worth noting - Access Times and Excluded Dates cannot be updated via the Import
Sites Export
Please note, all Sites will be exported when using this features, irrespective of any filters applied
- Head to the Sites index
- From here, select the Actions wheel in the top right and select Export
- Users can then choose if they want to export all sites or all locations and then hit Export
