How do I Import and Export my Sites?

Import and export a list of your Sites and their associated details.

- Head to the Sites Index

- From here, select the Actions wheel in the top right and select Import

- Here, you can download a template that you are able to populate and reupload to either add or update any Sites

- The template will include any existing Sites already on the system

- Amending columns will make amendments to these existing Sites

It's worth noting - Access Times and Excluded Dates cannot be updated via the Import

- Should you remove a row, this will result in the related Site not being updated

- To add a new Site, add a new row and fill in the relevant details, making sure to leave the ID column blank

- Once you have made any necessary changes to the template, this can be reuploaded and you can select Begin Import

Please note, all Sites will be exported when using this features, irrespective of any filters applied

- Head to the Sites index

- From here, select the Actions wheel in the top right and select Export

- A list of all of your Sites alongside their details will now have been exported to your device
