How do I get set up on Expansive?

How to Sign Up

- If you are working with a client who uses Expansive, please provide them with an email address and the relevant company name so they can add you to the system

- Once the client has entered your details, you will be sent a welcome email with a magic link that provides access to your contractor profile which you can then begin to complete 

 

How to Complete Onboarding 

- Once you have logged into your contractor profile, there will be the following mandatory sections to complete:

  • Company Details
  • Working Hours
  • Billing Settings
  • Services 

It's worth noting, once you have submitted your profile, you will no longer have the ability to amend or delete your services, and will need to contact your client should you wish to do so.

There may also be the following sections, depending on what information your client has requested:

  • Accreditations
  • Certifications 
  • Other

- Once the sections have been completed, and you are happy with the information, you will see the option to submit your profile for review 

 

What Happens After You Submit Your Application

- Once you have submitted your profile for review, a notification will be sent to your client asking them to check the profile

- From here, the client can either approve or request more information on the profile

- Should the client request more information on the profile, they will be asked to give details as to why the profile hasn't been approved

- Once any necessary changes have been made, you are able to resubmit the profile for review
