How do I import and export my Assets?
Export your asset list, or update asset details via import.
Please make sure you have the relecant Asset Schema manage and Asset Import permissions
Export
- Head to the Asset Index and select the Actions cogwheel in the top right
- From here, you will see the option to Export
Import
- Within the actions menu, you will also see the option to Import
- Here a modal will appear where users can select whether they want to update or create records
- Once the user has chosen, the modal will display clear instructions on what needs ot be provided in the import, how to fill in the fields on the template and what fields are mandatory
- Users can then download the template and amend it as needed
- Once complete, users can re-upload the file in the file upload area and hit Import
