Export your asset list, or update asset details via import.
Please make sure you have the relecant Asset Schema manage and Asset Import permissions
- Head to the Asset Index and select the Actions cogwheel in the top right
- From here, you will see the option to Export which will download a list of all Assets and their associated details
It's worth noting, this will export all Assets irrespective of any filters applied
- Within the actions menu, you will also see the option to Import
Importing incorrect data can affect the accuracy of your asset register. Please get in contact with Support if you wish for them to complete the import on your behalf
- Here you can download a template to populate
- The template will include any existing assets already created in the system. Should you wish to amend these, find the relevant row and amend any necessary columns
- You can also add new assets to the template by creating a new row and filling in the relevant details
If you are adding a new row to create a new asset, please leave the ID column blank
- Once you have made any amendments to the template, upload the file and the system will update your asset register accordingly
