- Your calendar is a visual representation of your planned work schedules and the work orders that have been created from them
- Here, you can apply various filters should you want to view the schedule for specific sites or contractors
- Depending on the access a user has, will determine the schedules and data you can see here
- The calendar is colour coded, with grey squares representing templates that are scheduled, but where no work order has been created yet as they aren't within the view period, black shows abandoned work, blue is scheduled, green is completed and red is everything that is overdue
- It's worth noting, that an overdue status will take precedence over another colour, for example, if you have 20 stores that have a scheduled CCTV works check and only 18 of them have been completed, this will show as red
