How do I manage my permits to work?

Create, maintain and apply the relevant permits to work orders.

Please get in touch with support if you would like to include this feature within your workflows. 

 

- Head to the Settings area and select Permit to Work Templates

 

Users must have the Work Permit Manage permission to access this area 

 

- From here, users can add a new template by selecting the button in the top right and completing the form with the permit name and the relevant associated document 

- Users can update existing templates by selecting the relevant name and selecting Replace Document 

- Here, users can also toggle whether the permit is Selectable or not should they wish to stop the permit from appearing for selection on a work order 

- To issue permits against a work order, users will see the option to Issue Permit within the blue actions bar once Support have set up the relevant workflow

- From here, users can select the relevant permit for the work order, which will then be sent to the associated contractor for the work order
