Update, upload and remove RAMS on a work order.
- Once a work order has been accepted, it will move into a state of Awaiting RAMS should the service require them
- Within the work order view screen, there is the option to skip adding RAMS by selecting RAMS not required, or you can select Manage RAMS to assign RAMS to the work order
- When selecting manage RAMS, a modal will appear that will list any RAMS associated with the contractor that's assigned to the service
- You can either choose from these exisitng RAMS, or you can select to Upload New RAMS, where you can choose between uploading generic or site-specific documents
- Once you are happy with the RAMS you have selected, you can hit save on the modal
- You are able to manage these RAMS using the actions bar, or by heading to the RAMS tab, where you will see a list of the RAMS you have applied to the work order
- Within this tab, you can select the Manage RAMS button where you will have the option to upload more RAMS, or remove any RAMS you no longer want associated to the work order, by unchecking the box by the relevant document
