How do I prevent certain roles from sending service requests?
Prevent Roles From Seeing Services To Assign Them.
- Head to the Settings area
- From here, select Roles
- Find the relevant role
- A side pane will appear where you can find the Contractor SLAs field
- Remove any values from this field and hit Save
- The role will now be prevented from seeing these SLAs to assign services
