How do I raise a work order as a site user?

Reporting work as a site-based user.

- Head to the New Work Order tab on the left-hand menu 

- Once here, a form will appear asking you to fill in the details for the work order you want to create

- Select the relevant site and asset details and choose a request type. If you're unsure of the request type, select work request and in both cases fill in a summary of the reason for the work order, followed by more details in the description section 

- On the form, you will also have the option to upload attachments such as photos or videos to further demonstrate the issue 

- Once completed, an email will be sent to the relevant team to notify that a work request has been raised, so the request can be triaged
