How do I respond to a quote request?

Where to find your quote requests and how to respond to them.

- You will receive an email with the quote request number, its due date, any attachments, work order and site details, as well as any assets involved 
- You can click the link on this email that will take you straight into the quote request, or alternatively, you can see all the quote requests awaiting a response on your dashboard or the navigation menu on the left 
- Within the quote request screen, you are able to respond to any comments and communicate with the client this way under the activity tab 
- On this page, you are able to reject the request, or add a quote request from the blue actions bar 
- If you select add a quote, you will be prompted to fill in a form that asks for details such as the quote reference number, the expiry date for the quote, the lead time and any comments or attachments you wish to include 
- Once the quote has been sent, it will go to the client to review and once approved, you will receive a notification and be assigned the corresponding work
