How do I add or review asset service details?

Make or review recommendations to serviced assets.

This feature can be incorporated into workflows. Please get in touch with Support should you wish to include this. 

Adding Service Details 

 

- Head to the Assets tab on the relevant work order

- From here, you can select Add Service Details on the relevant asset

 

- A side pane will appear where users can select whether the asset was serviced and add any relevant comments

- There are various asset fields which the user has the option to recommend updating, or they can select no change

- Once the user is happy with the form, they can submit any recommendations for review, or edit them should they need to 

 

 

Reviewing Asset Service Details 

 

- When an asset has been serviced on a contractor visit, you can review any recommendations made on the relevant work order within the asset's tab

- From here, users will see the serviced date alongside the plus icon

- When selected, the service details will appear, and users can either approve or reject them

 

- Should the recommendations be approved, the relevant fields will be updated against the asset

- Users can also submit and view asset service details for the relevant work order on the asset view screen within the work orders tab

- Within this tab, any approved spend against the asset will be shown against the relevant work order 

- This spend will then be plotted on the lifecycle chart, and included in the Spend to Date and Spend Against Cost totals

 

 

- On the asset view screen, there is also a field within the Status card to display the Last Serviced Date

- Users are also able to filter for work orders with pending recommendations on the work order index
