How do I review changes to contractor SLAs?
Review Requested Changes To Attendance SLAs.
- Should a contractor have requested a change to their attendance SLA, users will be notified via email
- From here, users can follow the link to the relevant work order and head to the time tab
- Within the time tab, users will see a highlighted box displaying the requested change, alongside the option to reject or approve the request
- Should users choose to reject the request, they will be asked to provide a reason as to why, which will be communicated back to the contractor
- Should users approve the change, they will see the attendance SLA update, and the fix SLA will also update in line with this
