To receive notifications when costs have violated any rules, please ensure the relevant notification scheme has the cost auditing rule breached notification option selected.
- When users submit costs that violate a cost auditing rule, users with the cost auditing rule breached notification set will receive an email, informing them of the breach details
- On a work order, within the costs tab, users will also see a warning box displaying any breached rules by the relevant cost line
- Users can choose to ignore the breach warnings and continue approving the costs, or they can choose to query the relevant cost line
Users can also add a dashboard tile to show the count of work orders with unreviewed breaches - please get in touch with support should you wish to set this up
