How do I upload a quote using AI?
Upload Quote Documents And Use AI To Extract The Details.
Please note, AI quote extraction is a feature which must be enabled before being available on the platform. Please get in touch with Support if you want to turn it on.
- Select add quote
- From here, select the checkbox to autopopulate fields using AI
- Fill in the remaining fields in the form
- Upload the document and hit Save
- The AI will begin working, displaying a progress wheel as it does so
- Once complete, check the relevant fields and costs
- To help provide feedback to Expansive, select the thumbs up if the extraction was helpful or thumbs down if the details were not sufficient
