How do I use the AI work order clarifying questions?

- To get started, users can head to the Settings area and select Configuration Variables 

- Users can then find the 'Feature Flag Ai Work Order Clarifying Questions' flag and set it to True 

- When switched on, users will then be able to utilise the AI when using the create work order form 

- Here, once users have entered high level details and a description, they can click out of the description box and scroll down to prompt the questions to generate 

- Users can then view and respond to questions in a dedicated text box 

- Should users not want to answer the questions, they are still able to submit the form without them

- If answered, the questions and answers will display in the summary section on the work order view screen
