How do I use the work order helper?
Set Up An AI Troubleshooting Companion.
- Head to the Settings area and find the Configuration Variables section
- From here, find the 'Feature Flag Ai Work Order Suggestions' flag and set it to True
- Once enabled, users can head to create a new work order and fill in the form
- Once the service type, summary, description and any associated assets have been populated, users will see the option to select the AI helper
- The helper will then provide a list of suggested troubleshooting prompts
- It's worth noting, the AI will only run when the work order is non-emergency
