      How do I view the SLAs associated with a work order?

      How to see the SLA times for a work you have been assigned.

       - Within the work order, there is a time tab where you can see all the interactions in regard to the KPIs, such as the response time, the time to attend and the time to fix 
      - Each SLA has a status that shows whether they have been hit or not, with the expected and actual time logs
