How do I accept a service request?

Responding to callout requests

- You will receive an email notification branded with the client's logo

- The email will contain expected response time, any attachments or videos, site details, assets involved and a work order reference number

- You can respond to the request by clicking on the work order number which will then take you into the service request window, or alternatively you can select pending service requests via your dashboard

- From here, you are able to accept or reject the service

- If accepted, you will then have direct access to the work order
