How do I create a user?

Creating users for your facilities team, finance, sites, internal maintenance, contractors and more.

- Select settings from the left-hand navigation 

- Select the users tab and select the blue add user button on the top right 

- Fill in the form with the relevant details and select save on the top right

- Note: the role you assign to the user will determine the notification scheme they are put on 

- Your new user will now appear in your list of users 

- You can amend the details of this user at any time by selecting the user from the list and amending the relevant parts
