Expansive FM is delivered through a publicly available web applications. This means there is nothing to install on your device other than a modern, up-to date browser.
Some companies operate controls over the access they allow onto their internal network. This page is to give those IT teams the details they need to allow full access to Expansive FM from within a controlled network.
Your Expansive Instance
Your instance of Expansive FM is a dedicated instance. You will access the platform via a dedicated URL. This is typically in the form of

This will be confirmed by your implementations team.
Engineer App
Contractors visiting site will need access to the platform to check in, get work order details and check out. If they use WiFi access provided by your company, this will need access to:

Business Intelligence
Expansive FM includes a full BI system. This is accessed from:

Companion Services
To improve the user experience of the application and help with supporting users we have additional services that also require access from the app.
Web Sockets
These help with real-time updates in the UI. N.B. The plan is to simplify network access and migrate the secure web socket port 6001 to 443 in Q3 2024

UAT
Your UAT environment is a replica of the production instance. There are dedicated instances of your Expansive FM instance, the Engineer App and the Web Socket server. The following will require access:
