Creating a password for my user account

If you're wondering why your preferred password is not being accepted, this is a guide to help you...

We recommend using a strong password for your account to ensure security. 

A truly strong and unique password will consist of the following:

• Uppercase characters
• Lowercase characters
• Special characters (!#%$*)
• Numbers
• Longer than 10 characters

Avoid using common words in your password. If you don't wish to include special characters, then you're password will need to be longer.
