Start Work Checks ✅

- Added a new feature that enables engineers to complete a list of start work checks on the application to ensure it is safe to proceed with work.
- Added a new feature to the start work checks piece that notifies users when a start work check has failed.
- Added a new feature as part of the Start Work Checks piece that enables users to see any completed start work checks against a work order within the health and safety tab.
- Improved the work order index view by enabling users to filter by the state of the most recently completed start work checks.
- Improved the start work checks piece by adding activity stream logs for when any start work checks have been completed and when hazards have been added to a work order.
Permit to Work 📑
- Added a new feature that allows users with the relevant permissions to manage a list of permit to work templates in a dedicated area within Settings.
- Added a new action class that allows users to configure workflows to allow the issuing of permits to work.
New Features 💡
- Added a new feature that allows users to implement a review stage for parts orders for certain suppliers or above certain amounts, prior to the order being processed.
- Added a new feature that allows users to create new asset records such as asset models and asset types while within the asset create form.
- Added a new feature to the asset view screen that allows users to keep notes against an asset to help store additional important information outside the regular asset characteristics.
- Added a new feature that enables users to send a quote for approval if they don’t have the necessary spend approval themselves.
Platform Improvements 🔧
- Improved the RAMS name display by displaying the original file name instead of the previously auto-generated name.
- Improved the display of the asset index to make it easier for users to distinguish between assets by adding more relevant asset characteristics and making them easier to read with the use of labels and tags.
- Improved the external work order form by adding fields that allow users to link assets to their request via the asset scanner function or via the asset label.
- Improved the asset index by making it filterable by selectable assets.
- Improved the process of submitting costs for contractor users by disabling the submit costs button with some help text, so users can better understand next steps required.
- Improved the asset model tree by displaying both the manufacturer and the model number to help users find assets more easily.
- Improved the asset type filter by using a tree display to show which category the asset type sits within.
- Improved asset tabs by introducing pagination to allow for easier navigation and load times.
- Improved the invoice export functionality by adding a Contractor Reference column to make it easier to reconcile invoice internally.
- Improved the calendar by adding the ability to filter by Site Tag, Site Type, Site Country and Organisation.
Bugs 🐛
- Fixed an issue where the work order creation rule guard was not being triggered.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to scroll and view options in dropdown filters on mobile.
- Fixed an issue where the wrong images were being attached to assets when creating multiple assets in a row.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to add a 13th period when creating a new financial year.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to add different currencies to contractor rate cards.
