What's new at Expansive this month?
You may notice our Release Notes have a new look. That's because we know your time is valuable, so we want to make sure we're cutting straight to the chase by only providing you with information on our new features that will benefit you. Don't worry, that's not to say we won't still be squashing bugs and making other general tweaks in the background, they just won't be listed here anymore.
Copying Sites
Should users want to add a new site that's similar to one that exists on the system, they now have the option to Copy a site. Users can simply select a site from the index using the checkboxes and see the Copy option appear within the blue bar. This is also accessible from the site view page.
It's worth noting that copying a Site will copy the entire tree details including all buildings, floors and spaces. Should you require assistance with this, please get in touch with support.
Cloning Dashboards
Similarly to copying Sites, users can now clone a dashboard should they want to create a similar view more quickly. Users with the relevant permission will now see the copy icon in the top right of their dashboard screen, which when selected will pull up a pre-filled form where users can make the relevant amendments.
Improved Compliance Calendar
To ensure users are compliant and have better visibility over late work, we have improved the view of the work order list within the compliance calendar. Now, when a user selects a tile, work orders will be ordered by their due date as well as their completed date, to help capture any work that's overdue.
