Improved Remedial Actions ✅
Following feedback, we've now made the process of adding and managing remedial actions even more intuitive.
Users can now easily amend and update remedial actions by selecting any area on a remedial action row, which will open a side panel displaying the action's details. This allows for quick and efficient modifications. Additionally, we have introduced a bulk update feature on the remedial actions index, enabling users to update multiple records simultaneously with ease.
Alongside the bulk update feature, we have implemented additional enhancements to the remedial actions index. Notably, linked work orders now have improved visibility, as they are displayed in a dedicated column called Remedial Work Order for easier access.
To enhance user awareness, we have also introduced a new notification that alerts the assigned user whenever a comment is added to a remedial action.
These enhancements not only provide greater clarity regarding remedial actions and their specifics but also simplify the workflow for managing and resolving them.
Contractor Document Management 👷
To enhance contractor compliance, we have improved the visibility of contractor documents. Users can now access documents uploaded by contractors that relate to questions answered during their onboarding process directly within the new Documents & Compliance tab on the Contractor View screen. This improvement provides users with greater oversight of important files related to Accreditations and Insurance.
We have also enabled contractors to set notification reminders within their profile for when any contractor questions with related documents are close to expiring, ensuring documents are kept up to date and compliant.
