Product Release 3.52

We’ve introduced a series of updates across contractor management, onboarding, and compliance workflows. These changes make it easier for contractors to keep their details accurate, for admins to stay on top of requests, and for everyone to work more efficiently with less friction.

Contractor Profile Amendments 🔧

Contractor admins can now request changes to their profile, even after onboarding and approval. Certain fields update instantly, while others require an additional approval step - ensuring profiles remain current without compromising accuracy.

Admin users have also gained new tools for managing profile amendments. Pending changes can be found via new filters on the contractor index or directly from the contractor view page. The contractor view screen itself has been enhanced with a dedicated Activity tab, showing a timeline of changes, who made them, and whether they were accepted or rejected.

Notifications have also been improved. A new Contractor Profile Changes scheme sends emails to admins whenever updates are requested. Contractors themselves will now receive confirmation when their changes are approved or rejected, keeping both sides aligned.

Contractor Invitation Improvements 👥

Inviting contractors is now more flexible. Users can add multiple recipients to a single invite, so that several people receive a magic link to set up the contractor profile. For bulk invitations, the contractor CSV has been upgraded to support an Additional Recipients column with comma-separated emails.

Re-invites have also been simplified - users now only see the option to re-send the invite, reducing clutter.

Quote-Only Contractor Onboarding 💰

We’ve made the services section of contractor profiles optional, streamlining the process for contractors who only provide quotes. Now they can select whether they offer services or not within the relevant section, so the section will be marked complete, allowing onboarding to progress smoothly.

Contractor Reminder Emails 📆

Admins can now automate follow-ups during onboarding. Two new fields in the settings area let users define reminder intervals:

• Send recurring reminders to contractors who registered but haven’t completed their profile.

• Send recurring reminders to contractors who have not yet used their magic link.

This ensures contractors stay engaged and onboarding stays on track.

Improved Compliance Workflow with AI assistance 🤖

Compliance processes have been given a major boost with smarter automation and AI support.

Users can now take quick actions directly from the compliance document index, without clicking into each individual record. These include triaging remedial actions, updating document statuses, and reviewing submissions alongside their summaries.

We’ve also introduced AI-powered remedial action extraction. For documents marked as failed or passed with recommendations, the system can automatically extract remedial actions and their priority. Users can then review these directly in a side panel, making compliance follow-up faster and more accurate.

Smarter Work Order Linking 🔗

We’ve improved how users link work orders together, making the process more intuitive and flexible.

When linking, you can now select a link type from a dropdown menu and quickly search for work orders by their number. A new link type - Relates To - has also been introduced, giving teams more nuance in how they connect related tasks.

The interface has been redesigned for clarity. On desktop, the linked section now sits directly beneath the work order summary, while on mobile it appears as a dedicated tab for easier navigation. Linked work orders are displayed as streamlined cards, offering a clear snapshot without clutter.
