New Features 💡
- Added a new feature as part of the Contractor Registration piece that allows a list of questions to be stored and available for each client should they require them to be answered by their contractors, for example for accreditations and insurance.
- Added a new feature as part of the Contractor Registration piece that enables admin users to view a dedicated Contractor Settings space where they can toggle questions on and off for their contractors for their onboarding.
- Added a new feature as part of the Contractor Registration Piece that allows Contractors to view and answer questions on their profile that have been requested by the client, for example for accreditations or insurance.
Platform Improvements 🔧
- Improved the RAMS process by reflecting any changes to RAMs on a work order in the activity log, including when they were attached or removed, as well as who made these changes.
- Improved the dashboard area by allowing users to pin and set a default dashboard so they can land on the relevant dashboard of their choice each time, without having to toggle between different ones.
- Improved the dashboard area by allowing users to deep link to a dashboard view with particular filters applied, so they don’t have to readd the filters each time.
- Improved the dashboard area by allowing users to apply Site Tag filters here.
Bugs 🐛
- Fixed an issue where the ‘Has Open Timelog Filter’ was using the date the time log was created rather than the actual timestamp to return results.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to send a request for service if the contractor had no working hours.
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to upload Excel document types on compliance forms.
- Fixed an issue with parts ordering where workflow transitions were not working when a parts order was going through the release process.
