This month, we've implemented our brand new tiered quotes approval process. 

💱 New Quote Approval Rules Area

You’ll now find a dedicated Quotes section within Settings, featuring a new Approvals tab where you can:

• Set up custom approval rules by organisation, cost code, currency, and value range

• Apply unique rules for different quote sizes and teams

• Create workflows that match your internal financial processes

✅ Rule View Screen

Each approval rule now comes with its own rule view screen where you can:

• View and edit rule details

• Add multiple approval steps, assigning specific roles or users at each stage

• Reorder steps to match your company’s real-world approval flow

💰 Dedicated Quote View Screen

Submitting and managing quotes has never been easier:

• A brand new quote view screen shows all quote details in one place

• You can add costs, submit quotes, or make edits before sending them for approval

• The entire process is trackable and easy to manage

💡 Intelligent Approval Routing

When a quote is submitted:

• The system checks for an applicable approval rule based on your setup

• If no rule exists, the user will receive feedback and be directed to the relevant page to set up additional rules

• If a rule is matched, the quote enters a step-by-step approval process

• Approvers are notified by email and kept in the loop—automatically informed if their action is no longer required
