How Cost Auditing Works

When costs are submitted on a Work Order, Expansive FM checks them against all enabled auditing rules. There's a new filter available on work orders called "Cost Auditing Violation Rule" which can be used to create handy dashboard tiles for your team to review costs that are flagged to be audited.
