Creating nominal codes to help with accounting and finance.
In Expansive FM, cost codes refer to the nominal codes you may have in place as a business
Cost codes help to display what you as a business are spending in different areas, and they can be assigned to each invoice or piece of work
You can view all the cost codes under the settings tab from the left-hand menu
Here, you can add a new cost code by selecting the blue button in the top corner or amend current cost codes by selecting the relevant row and editing the form
Within this form, you can also disable the cost codes should you no longer wish to use them, by unchecking the enabled box
