Cost Approval Rules 💰
- These rules govern the amount a user can approve for work order costs and invoices
- They are found on the user profile
- To amend these, users can head to the Users index and select the relevant user
- From here, users will see the following fields within the details card:
- Work Order Approval Limit
- Invoice Approval Limit
- Users can select either field to amend the amounts for each currency used on the system
Quote Approval Rules 👷
- Users can set up quote approval rules that include different steps that determine who should be asked to approve a quote at what stage
