What is the invoice process?

How and when to submit costs and invoices.

Adding Costs 

- If you have a rate card in the system, your rates will automatically be added 

- You can add further costs under the costs tab on the relevant work order up to the spend limit that is set

- You can also request a spend uplift should you need to go above the spend limit 

Submit Costs

- Once you are happy with the costs added to a work order, you need to submit them for approval

- You are able to view costs waiting for approval on your dashboard 

Submit Invoice

- Once your costs have been approved, you will then have one of two options, depending on your set-up with the client:

1. There will be the option to upload and submit an invoice on the invoice view screen

2. The client will send you instructions on how to submit your invoice with details on where to send it to
