Why can't I see SLA response times on a re-opened work order?
- When a work order is abandoned, it is given a closed timestamp within the database
- If the same work order gets re-opened, the closed timestamp is not removed, and so the system still sees the SLAs as retired
- To avoid this, users can create a linked work order from the abandoned work, so the relation between the two is easy to see, and the SLAs are active against the new work order
