How do I manage new work order requests?

How to view and triage new work requests.

- Head to the dashboard section and select the New Requests tile

- Here, you'll see a list of the work orders that are in a requested state and need attention 

- Click into the relevant work order and in the blue actions bar, you will have the option to either accept or reject the work 

- Should you accept the request, you will then have the option to request a quote or request a service 

- Selecting request service will lead you to a form that will present the available contractors that can service the site in question and offer services for the relevant SLA and asset group selected. You can add further instructions for the contractor on the form, such as arrival information or official details, as well as any attachments. Once you have hit save, a service request email will be triggered to the contractor
