How do I add a rate to a contractor?

Add, Update And Manage Rates Against A Contractor.


Please ensure you have first set up the relevant rate card template. You can read more about this here.

- Should you be using a simple rate card template without dimensions, contractors will have the opportunity to add rates when they are setting up their services 

- Once these services are set up, or if you are using a more complex rate card, contractors won't be able to update their rates and this will need to be done internally 

- To do this, users can head to the contractor view screen and select the Billing tab

- From here, they will see any existing rates that have been set up, or they can add a new rate 

- When selecting Add Rate, users will see a form appear where they can add a name for the rate, and choose whether it should be enabled or not 

- At the top of the form, they will also be able to see which template is being used

- Should users need to set rates for assistant engineers, they can toggle this on here too 

- From here, you can select a currency for the rates

- You can continue to add values against each variable and hit Save once you're happy with the form

- The new rate will then be visible under the Rates section
