How do I create and manage SLAs?

How to create SLAs and alerts for your contractors.

- Head to settings on the left-hand menu and select Contractor SLAs

- From here, you can see a list of all the SLAs you have in place 

- To add a new SLA you can select the blue button in the top right, fill in the form and hit save

- The sort field allows you to select the order in which the SLAs will appear 

- It's worth noting that all times must be calculated in minutes  

- When creating a new SLA, you will also have the option of enabling alerts, which means you can choose to notify the contractor by email should they have exceeded the response time, or if they're close to doing so 

- You can also apply roles to the SLA meaning only certain users will be able to use it when creating a work order, for example, you may want a site user to only have access to SLAs that apply to internal teams

- Once saved, you can amend any SLA by selecting the relevant one and amending the form 

- You can also delete SLAs on the top right of the form 

- When creating a service for a contractor, you will see you can select what SLA you would like to apply from the dropdown
