To create service types, firstly select Settings from the left-hand menu
From here, select Service Types. You will then see a list of all the service types you have set up
Each top level service type is displayed. These are known as parent categories
You can click within each parent category to see its child categories
To create a new type, click the 'Add Service Type' button. Give the category a name and select where in the hierarchy you would like it to sit. If you'd like to create a new parent category, select 'Top Level'
Within each service type, you need at least 1 request type. A request type, when selected, will determine what kind of work order is created
You can amend these service types at any time by selecting the pencil icon to the right of each category. You can also disable the group by unchecking the 'enabled' field in the pop-up form.
