How do I manage a site?
Manage and amend site details as and when you need to.
Adding new sites 🏬
- Head to the sites tab from the left-hand menu
- Select add site in the top right
- Fill in the form with the relevant site details
- Once saved, you can amend any details you need to by heading to the site list and clicking into the relevant site
- You can also add details such as spaces and floors by heading back to the add site page, selecting the relevant component and filling in the form details
Managing existing sites 🔧
- Head to 'Sites' from the left- hand menu
- Next, select the site you want to view from the site list
- From here, you can navigate through the tabs to show information such as contact details, users associated with the site, access times and more
- You can amend the information by clicking onto the section you wish to amend, making any edits, and finally hitting save
- Under the actions button, you are able to amend tags and also delete items
- You can also create a work order within the site page, so that the site information is auto-populated, as well as view all the work orders associated with that particular site under the work orders tab
- On the left, you can see a more granular breakdown of the site, including floors, assets and spaces, all of which have tabs you can toggle between to see the associated information
