How do I manage Contractors?

Navigate the Contractor view page and keep contractor details up to date.

- Once a Contractor has been created, you can view their details by heading to Contractors from the left-hand menu

- From here, locate the Contractor you wish to amend the details for and click to open their record. You can now navigate through various tabs to update their details.

  • The Rates tab lets you add the various fee options a contractor may have, such as callout and labour that vary by engineer, or by currency 
  • The Alerts tab shows options to alert the Contractor regarding any SLAs they may have in place. These alerts are sent via email when/if an SLA has either missed, or is close to breaching. You can set up alerts for SLAs within the settings section under Contractor SLAs
  • The Services tab enables you to add or amend services and select the appropriate rates and billing types for each service
  • The Documents tab allows you to keep track of documents related to a Contractor.  Document types are customisable, so you're able to choose what types of documents you want to store here
